We understand that anything can happen that may stop you from having a safari at your desired time or death may occur. Je Fais nature safaris limited is recommending that it would be better to reschedule trip safari date than total cancellation. This is because, once Gorilla Permit, Chimpanzee permit and others are bought, they don’t refund and Hotel and Lodge May refuse to refund hence finding the best solution as rescheduling trip date.
We accept payments on arrival but we emphasize booking deposits to be make online since this is an assurance to us to go a head and make your convenient booking in advance. The exchange rate on arrival should be exact amount total during when first booking was made All Permits must be paid fully.
